About my research

My name is Lance Reed, I am a EVP communicator and researcher, who records for loved ones, for myself and others, in the comfort of my own home. I deeply believe in the spirit world, but remain grounded at the same time. My cause in life, is to help ease the suffering of others, by presenting evidence of vocal communication via EVP to show that life continues after the physical body dies.

The subject has always been a great interest of mine since childhood. I sat in a development circle back in 1995, and was a active member of the AAEVP back in 2006/7 (now AtransC), and am a member and moderator for the ITC Bridge. I also am a member of the Big Circle, where we record twice a month for bereaved parents, recording for their children, and loved ones.

Prior to starting the contact session, I always play relaxing music for 15 minutes, while gently gazing at a photo of the loved one I am trying to reach out too. I feel intention and connection is vital to receiving contact via EVP.

While recording, I use two digital recorders to capture EVP communication, placed about 4ft away from me on a flat surface. The room is a controlled environment, all electronic equipment is switched off (TV, Radio, Internet turned to air plane mode etc). It's a very quiet experience. If an external noise is heard, even if my stomach growls, I will verbally note it by saying 'noise' out loud, this is to rule out false positives on playback.

I believe respect for the spirit world is a must! I make peaceful contact, these beings are our brothers, sisters, fathers and mothers.

THE RECORDER IS 'THE MEDIUM'. SPIRIT ONLY SPEAK WHEN AND IF THEY WANT TO. NOTHING IS FORCED HERE.
